Bank staff

​

We are seeking bank staff to join our team to cover staff absences.

​

You will need to be flexible and able to cover absences, sometimes at short notice.

​

You will need to be adaptable and pro active to be able to meet the needs of our students in an ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will need to be confident in leading activities and managing behaviours on a 1:1 basis, using own initiative to extend and adapt activities to achieve positive outcomes for our students, with a child centred approach at all times. Light cleaning duties are required such as washing up art activities, wiping surfaces and hoovering/sweeping floors between sessions. You will need to understand safeguarding practises and work alongside the DSL & DDSL ensuring all safeguarding concerns are reported and dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

This role is a zero hours contract. Our sessions run from 9am - 11.30.am and 12.30pm - 3pm Monday - Friday, term time only. You may be required to cover whole or half days.  

Hourly rate - £13.50 per hour.
